Santa Gutierrez
is a Family Nurse Practitioner. She is able to provide comprehensive health care for the individual and family across all ages. NP Gutierrez is fluent in English and Spanish. NP Gutierrez earned both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing - Family Nurse Practitioner degree from The University of Texas at Arlington. Beginning her career as a Licensed Vocational Nurse, NP Gutierrez knew she wanted to continue her education to provide the best possible healthcare to Texas communities. While serving as a Family Nurse Practitioner NP Gutierrez also works as a Hospice Care Nurse Practitioner, providing the best in quality care and comfort for patients with terminal conditions. NP Gutierrez enjoys giving back to her community through volunteer services and is proud to provide positive, effective care for patients of all ages, backgrounds and walks of life.

Telemedicine
Access convenient, affordable medical care from the comfort of your own home. Telemedicine is available for anyone in Texas every day from 0600 until Midnight.
Annual Physicals
Annual preventative wellness visits. They include a head-to-toe assessment, age-appropriate screening, diagnoses as deemed necessary, and a detailed care plan designed to meet your needs.
Sports/School Physicals
You can book a time to complete physicals required for school or sport participation at a discounted rate.
Wellness and Preventive Care
Heart disease prevention, blood pressure screening, cholesterol and diabetes screening, eye exam, colonoscopy, etc.
Discounted Lab
Affordable, comprehensive low-cost lab testing. On average basic annual bloodwork done for $30-50. We will draw annual labs and any other lab necessary to complete your care plan.
Rapid Swabs
We provide rapid swabs for COVID, Flu A/B, and Strep. Results provided with appropriate documentation at the time of your visit.

What are some signs of diabetes?
Feeling more thirsty than usual. Urinating often. Losing weight without trying. Presence of ketones in the urine. Ketones are a byproduct of the breakdown of muscle and fat that happens when there's not enough available insulin. Feeling tired and weak. Feeling irritable or having other mood changes. How do I treat a sprained ankle until I see the provider?
Rest, Ice, Compress, and Elevation (RICE) is a basic first aid, self-care treatment that can help to relieve pain, reduce swelling and speed recovery for a sprain or strain until you can get in to see a provider. If in doubt call 911.

Do you draw blood in the office?
Yes, we draw blood in the office. No delayed appointments and no unnecessary wait as these will be completed at the time of your physical exam.
Do you offer chronic pain management?
We do not offer chronic pain management or alcohol and substance abuse treatments.
Can I fill out registration forms prior to my visit?
Yes, you can complete and print the forms prior to your visit.
